Keanu Reeves is Henry, the quintessential 'nice guy' who's lacking ambition and finds himself busted for a crime he didn't commit. When he's released from jail a year later, he suddenly finds his purpose in life - to stick up the very bank he was sent away for robbing - thanks in part to Max (James Caan), a con man and former cellmate who encouraged him to pursue his dreams. Together, they plot to tunnel to the bank through a nearby theater where Henry must pose as the lead in a play and falls for his diva leading lady, Julie (Vera Farmiga). Their pleasantly unpredictable escapade is both hilarious and heartwarming.
