HOME GYMS MADE EASY

some things you need for home gym
  • jump ropes... great cardio workout
  • resistant tubes... great for your bones and will do same job as weights
  • a mat or yoga mat.... keep comfortable while working out
  • exercise dvds... get inspired for less than the cost of gym and pick what you like at your schedule
  • small dumbbells.... could even get them at the target one spot; pick favorite color
  • stationary bikes... you could burn up to 300+ calories in 30 minutes
  • bicycle... get exercise and some vitamin D and resistance
it's recommended to do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily.  if not, do three quick bustst of 10 minute sessions.  you will have more energy and burn more calories.  eat a healthy breakfast. eat lots of fruit and vegetables and skip the dressing.  get lots of sleep.
